Pre Shaded Zirconia Blocks made of nanometer medical grade zirconia powder. The powder are firstly compacted by cold isostaticpressing with high compressive strength and then pre-sintered to a certain degree to offer good machinability.
UT zirconia blocks can be used to create crowns, bridges, inlays and veneers of fixed partial denture with different translucency levels and colors.

Sintering
Every batch of zirconia block has gone though a completely sintering test. The sintering methods have a great impact on blocks’ properties, such as translucency, dyeing results, strength, hardness and ageing resistance, which will affect the blocks’ final stability. Therefore, please follow the sintering curve of it.
