Introduction of YUCERA:
YUCERA Zirconia Block, the innovative multi-layered zirconia block, can be used for fabricating full contour zirconia prosthetics. Our 3D plus multilayer zirconia block product can be used with any 98 open system. The collaboration of Kuraray Noritake Dental's superior materials technology and Dentsply Sirona's advanced-technology equipment now makes it possible to fabricate full zirconia restorations.
As an all-ceramic option, zirconia has excellent mechanical properties.YUCERA's Zirconia Block, a highly translucent form of zirconia, has better mechanical properties. This means that it is possible, using YUCERA Zirconia Block, to design a thinner restoration than those that can be fabricated by using other block. This results in both high mechanical properties and beautiful esthetics, with no conflict!

1. Sintered Density of zirconia disc 6.07 ± 0.03g/cm3

Advantage of 3D Plus Multilayer dental zirconia/ceramics block/blank/discs:
1. The strength is 1.5 times higher than the second generation of EMPRESS.
2. The strength is more than 60% higher than INCERAM alumina.
3. Unique crack resistance and tough curing performance after cracking.
4. Porcelain bridges with more than 6 units can be made, which solves the problem that all-ceramic systems cannot be used as long bridges.
